Setting up Action Learning Sets

How to guide to Action Learning Sets

Action Learning Sets are a great tool to use to find efficient and effective solutions to challenges. Not only were they used within the PDGs but many participants (including ourselves) have used them within the organisations they work; as a CPD model with leaders and teachers; with students and we've even used them as a tool with employers to support their development. If those benefits weren't enough, they are also really easy and straight forward to set up, the video explains the format.
