DMV Council

The mission of the DMV is to enable mutant vehicle owners to bring their mobile art to the playa, and to license vehicles for the transportation of disabled burners.  To that end, the DMV Council manages the operations of the DMV both on playa and off, nurtures our community of volunteers, and communicates with the burner community at large about mutant and disabled vehicles on the playa.
