Induction Information
The aims of the induction are to:
Look at what it means to be Responsible Learner
To introduce some of the new challenges posed by your child’s GCSE’s
To provide an opportunity for students to challenge themselves in order to develop a growth mindset and greater resilience
The trip will be part of a wider programme continuing in school over the following year.
The trip activities involved: Social and Teamwork skills, Challenge, Resilience and Competition.
In addition, there will be sessions to encourage reflection on how these lessons can be applied to school life. The themes for these were developed through consultation with the subject specialists in school.
