ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Burn survivors across Canada will come together from May 20 - 23, 2020 for Blue Skies 2020 Canadian Burn Survivors Conference, hosted by the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in beautiful Vancouver, BC.
The conference brings together the full spectrum of the burn survivor community, from those who have survived burn trauma, to the first responders and medical community whose dedication and specialization helped them survive and thrive.
Mental health is the focus of the 2020 Canadian Burn Survivor Conference, with the goal of improving the wellbeing journeys of both burn survivors and those who contribute to their critical care. This community in its entirety is impacted by traumatic injuries. Bringing them together helps to complete the circle of healing.
