I teach 10th-12th graders in various Physical Education classes as well as Driver's Education. Below are the classes I am currently teaching.
This class includes team sports, dual sports as well as a strong emphasis on fitness.
This class is designed to emphasize wellness of the whole body. It is accomplished through numerous topics such as yoga, pilates, fitness stations, cardio dance and mindfulness.
This class, composed of all class room time, allows students to learn the rules of the road as well as concepts to create a safe driver.
