The International Thespian Society is the only theatre honor society for middle and high school students in the United States. Affiliation brings credibility and distinction to students, theatre programs, and schools. It is a visible, positive symbol of the quality of your theatre program. 

ITS recognizes, rewards, and encourages student achievement and celebrates the work of students in all aspects of theatre – performance and production. Each student is honored on a national level and gains access to opportunities and resources beyond those of their school.

Hi everyone! I’m Bailey (she/her) and i’m a senior! I am the President for the International Thespian Society Troupe 4294 as well as one of this years New Jersey State Thespian Officer! My role as President is to coordinate and preside over all troupe meetings and offical troupe activities. I have been apart of Fall Fest 2022, and have stage managed Emma! A Pop Musical, Hamlet/Twelfth Night, Once Upon A Mattress, Almost, Maine, and The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical.

My name is Saiy Golden (they/them) and I am the Historian of ITS Troupe 4294! I have done technical theater all throughout my high-school career, doing shows such as Fall Fest 2022, Emma! A Pop Musical, Twelfth Night, Hamlet, Once Upon A Mattress, Almost, Maine, and The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical!

HAIIIII EVERYONE!!! I'm Dylan (he/they) and I'm a senior this year! I'm the treasurer for International Thespian Society Troupe 4294. My role is to look at troupe funds and set up fundraisers for the spring and fall. I have done cast for Fall Fest 2022, Hamlet, and Twelfth Night. I have done sound crew once for Almost, Maine. For Emma! A Pop Musical, Once Upon A Mattress, and The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, I have done assistant musical directing.

My name is Matthew Ackerman (he/him) and I am the Special Events Coordinator for ITS Troupe #4294! My duties as the Special Events Coordinator include organizing events and helping to put together fundraisers for the troupe. I work in hand with the Treasurer and the head of the Fundraising Committe. I am also the Committee head of the Special Events Committee. I have participated in Hamlet, Twelfth Night, Almost, Maine, and The Lighting Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical!

Joe has been seen in Puffs, The Addams Family, Fall Play Festival 2022, Emma! A Pop Musical, Hamlet & Twelfth Night, Once Upon a Mattress, and Almost, Maine. He enjoys volunteering in his free time and singing whenever he can. His favorite class is AP Government and Politics because it is what peaks his curiosity most. He is a member of National Honor Society, International Thespian Society, Student Government, Varsity A Capella, and serves as President of the Class of 2025 and International Thespian Society. After high school Joe plans on going to college for Political Science. He would like to thank his mom, his step-dad, his brother, Mia, and all his friends for supporting him!

As of 2025, Mikayla Kinchen is in 12th grade and honored to be the Vice President of ITS Troupe #4294. She finds joy in performing and has been a cast member in every BTHS Theater production since her Freshman year. She is incredibly proud of to be a part of the theater community in her school and hopes to leave a positive impact before she graduates. 

Bailey serves as the Secretary for Burlington Township’s International Thespian Society (ITS). As the Secretary she keeps record of attendance and records the minutes for all the meetings. She is also the Theater Parent Liasion and serves as a bridge between them and our troupe. She has been seen in Fall Play Festival 2022, Emma! A Pop Musical, Hamlet/Twelfth Night, Once Upon a Mattress, Almost, Maine, and The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical. Outside of ITS, she enjoys to read, listen to music, and to watch movies.

Kyra has been seen in Puffs, The Addams Family, Fall Play Festival 2022, Emma! A Pop Musical, and Once Upon A Mattress. She enjoys reading and dancing in her free time. Her favorite class is English because she loves how thought-provoking literature can be, no matter its origin. She serves as president of the Black Student Union and historian of Burlington Township’s International Thespian Society. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, Future Educators of America, and Multicultural Club. After high school, Kyra plans on attending university and pursuing a career in education. She would like to thank her family members who have been her biggest supporters and her teachers who have pushed her to do her best through tough times.

Emma Rueblinger is the Treasurer of the International Thespian Society. She is a senior and is also a Stage Manager for The Lightning Thief. She has been involved in The Addams Family, Fall Festival, Emma! A Pop Musical, Shakespeare Plays, Once Upon a Mattress, and Almost, Maine. She is also involved in Black and Gold as a captain and Jazz Band. She plans to attend Rutgers New Brunswick for Chemistry!

Isabella has participated in The Addams Family, Fall Play Festival 2022, Emma! A Pop Musical, Hamlet/Twelfth Night, Once Upon a Mattress, Only Maine, and The Lightning Theif: A Percy Jackson Musical. She enjoys volunteering, photography, and playing on the BTHS tennis team. Her favorite class is InDesign Yearbook because she loves to be involved with the school community.  She is a member of NHS, Art Club, and Photography Club. She serves as the Special Event Coordinator for ITS. After high school, Isabella plans to study Graphic Design and marketing at TCNJ. She would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her and coming to shows even though she's behind the scenes.
