Mission Statement

The Burlington Township Wrestling team provides an opportunity for students to fully develop the values on which this school rests:The Mission of our school district is to develop the intellectual, creative, and social potential of each of our students through an active partnership with all members of the Burlington Township community. Our educational institution values the inspiration of learning, diversity, engagement and meaning, community and collaboration, and lifelong learning. Our Vision as a school system is one of ALL students achieving their highest potential. To realize this vision, we strive each and every day to provide the best and safest schools, promote a highly engaged community, and operate the most effective and efficient school district. Each year our school district adopts goals to accomplish this Mission, live our Values, and realize our Vision.

The purpose of the wrestling family is to develop a unit that transcends the walls of this school to provide the necessary tools for the pursuit of individual and team goals, and to recognize this activity from a larger community perspective. Burlington Township Wrestling strives to be more than a team. Rather, the focus is to be a home away from home. The family is critical in providing encouragement, understanding, and personal growth during the Student's time with the Wrestling team. The Burlington Wrestler gains satisfaction from knowing that he did his best to become the best that he is capable of becoming.
