BTSD Shoprite Gift Card Order Form
Attention Burlington Township High School Parents:
Senior Trip Shoprite Gift Certificate Program (build your child's senior trip account by ordering Shoprite gift cards through the school. Earn $4 for every $100 of gift certificates!)
Example: Order $100 of Shoprite gift cards, pay $100 to Burlington Township High School, use the $100 worth of gift cards at Shoprite, and your child's account will be credited $4 to be used toward their senior trip! This reduces your overall cost of the senior trip, just by shopping at Shoprite with the gift cards ordered from the school!
Please complete the form to order your gift certificates. Confirmation calls will not be made after orders have been placed. Gift certificates will be available for pickup beginning the Thursday following the submission if the order is placed by Tuesday; at least two school days are required to fulfill the order. All orders must be picked up in person at the
High School main office Monday through Friday at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. (Summer pickup hours are 8:30am-11:30am and 1:30pm-2:30pm.)
Make certain to have your payment ready when picking up your order, we accept personal checks, cash or money orders; no debit cards, no credit cards, no cash app, nor venmo can be accepted.
Checks should be made payable to: Burlington Township High School.
We accept cash, check, or money order.
We do not accept Venmo, Cash App, credit cards or any other forms of online payments.
Gift cards are available in increments of $25.00. The total of the order must not exceed $2,000.00.
We ask that if possible, you plan to pick up your gift cards on Thursday, just remember to place the order no later than Tuesday!
