Take a look at these story and book suggestions to support your child's development in the areas of social and emotional learning.  As you read, follow your child's lead when they ask questions or are focused on a picture. You can describe what's happening or ask them what they see, think, feel, etc about the pictures.  If an event comes up at school, in the community or at home; read a book about it to help your child process their emotions and develop the language to speak about how they feel.
