Work-Based Learning (aka Cooperative Education) allows eligible 11th and 12th grade students the opportunity to start on-the-job training while still in high school. WBL Coordinators help to prepare students eager to start their careers by providing all of the necessary tools, knowledge, and supports needed so students are "career ready" including skills helpful for job searching, interviewing skills, proper application submission, and successful employment in their career major field of study.
