Culinary Arts

Class overview

In Culinary Arts we will be learning the fundamentals of the kitchen. We will cover everything from knife skills & kitchen safety to table service and cooking tableside. It is my goal to make sure everyone of our students know how to cook for themselves and others. In Culinary we strive for perfection but we also know that will our practice and mistakes we cant get there. We will work hard learn a lot and most importantly have fun while we are doing it.
