Pre-Engineering at WesTech is a program designed to get student started off strong in the fundamentals of engineering. It is designed to be a rigorous 4 - year program that pushes students to be college and entry-level job ready.

The Machine Shop

Pre-Engineering at WesTech also has a small hobbyist level machine shop. Students get to learn how to use the following tools:

  • Manual Mill

  • CNC Tormach Mill

  • Manual Lathe

  • Drill Press

  • Horizontal and Vertical Band Saws

  • 10 Ton Manual Hydraulic Press

  • Miter Saw

  • Bench Grinder
