We know this is a long email but it has a lot of important information! Please read the appropriate sections below to determine what you will need to do to receive your yearbook. If you have not already ordered the yearbook, there are limited supplies remaining! Your yearbook can be purchased through this link. To confirm if you have purchased a yearbook, click here.

All Students

1. When: Thursday, June 11, 2026

2. Where: Auditorium

3. What is it?: Yearbook Distribution Event

4. Who is this for?: All students who ordered a yearbook

5. How will I know I have purchased a book?: All students who have purchased a yearbook should receive an email a few days before the event letting them know that a pass was created for them. Students can access the digital pass on Genesis to remind them to go to the auditorium. Seniors may pick their books up after 8:30 during Block 1. Juniors may pick their book up any time during Block 2. Sophomores may pick their book up any time during Blocks 3A or 3B. Freshmen may pick their book up during Block 4 no later than 2:15pm. If you think you purchased a book but did not receive an email or a digital pass, it means that you either did not purchase a yearbook or ordered after we created the passes/sent the email. The time on your pass represents the block you should pick your book up during, not the exact time to arrive. (Lines are usually shorter in the second half of the block.)

6. What can I expect when I arrive?: We will be checking names at the door to confirm you have ordered a book. You will then be directed to which table to line up at to collect your yearbook. You will give the person your name, sign to confirm your yearbook was picked up, and then receive your book. In an effort to save paper, review the disclaimer below. Please read it carefully as it has important information on it; most immediate is that once you have written in your book, there is nothing we will be able to do to fix any printing errors you might encounter, so skim your book to make sure there are no obvious errors! Once you are sure there are no glaring errors (blank pages where there shouldn't be, missing pages, etc.) put your name in the book to help prevent theft and so you can identify which book is yours amongst the other yearbooks. 

Once you receive your yearbook, you will be directed to leave the auditorium and return to your class. You will NOT be permitted to sign yearbooks at that time, but we suggest you have people sign during your lunch and/or before school/Pre-Homeroom on Friday/the last week of school.

7. Additional Information to Consider: Even though you will not be signing yearbooks immediately, we suggest that you are prepared with the pens you would like people to sign your book with. (Sharpies work well for the inside cover and the glazed pages as they are less likely to smudge but they will bleed through the first and last blank pages so we suggest you bring an extra pen for those pages.)

8. What if I do AM School to Work?: Juniors and Seniors who arrive for the second half of the day may pick up their yearbooks during Blocks 3A/B or Block 4 (no later than 2:15pm). 

9. What if I am absent on the day of distribution?: Don’t worry! Your yearbook has been reserved for you and you will be able to pick it up on Friday or the following week of school. We will reach out to you with further instructions if this ends up applying to you. If you arrived late to school and missed your scheduled block, you may stop down in the auditorium at any other time during the day (before 2:15pm) to pick up your yearbook instead of having to wait.

10. What if I am on the Waiting List?: Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to attend the event and will have to wait to receive your book until the following week because we have to pass all of the books out to the guaranteed purchasers first to ensure we don't need the spare copies for replacing printing errors. We will reach out to you in the order you are on the wait list after the distribution of the yearbooks.

Seniors Only

Senior Sunset Social & Yearbook Signing Event!

When: Thursday, June 11 during Senior Sunset Social @ 7pm 

Where: Cafeteria

What is it?: Senior Yearbook Signing during Senior Sunset Social. This will be the only signing event for seniors! 

Additional Information to Consider: As this is a signing event, students should remember to bring your YEARBOOK and PENS that you would like to sign yearbooks with and/or pens you would like your friends to use in your book. (Sharpies work well for the inside covers and the glazed pages as they are less likely to smudge but they will bleed through the first and last blank pages so we suggest you bring an extra pen for those pages.)

Yearbook Club will NOT be at the event so make sure you pick up your books during the school day!
