Teaching Philosophy:

For me, there is no greater feeling than helping another person accomplish something they once thought impossible. Whether it's helping a small child to read or preparing a high school student for college and/or career, I want to assist in their emotional growth and academic achievement. With the increased self-esteem and knowledge they acquire, they will be more capable of handling whatever situation presents itself. Teaching is not simply what gets accomplished within the classroom, but rather an all encompassing, life-long experience.
