Welcome ALL to Freedom High School Library! I'm your newest Media Coordinator Whitney Lawson-Collins. I have taught English for the past nine years, and I am SO excited to transition into the media coordinator position. Books have been a passion of mine since high school, and I am over the moon to instill the love of reading, technology, and education in our students and community. I intend to create an welcoming environment that creates lifelong readers, learners, and thinkers. I have been at Freedom for two years, and cannot wait to serve our students and community. I am happily married to Christopher Collins, a Science Teacher and Coach at Patton! We happily live in Morganton with our 7 chickens, 4 quail, and beautiful garden!
