* We can provide a digital copy and/or a sealed paper copy for college applications.
* We can provide a sealed paper copy for scholarships and other purposes.
* Seniors, please do not use this form to request transcripts for Common App, SENDEDU, etc.; your school counselor will automatically upload your transcript on these sites for your college applications. Thank you!
