Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) Promise Club is the youth leadership initiative of Sandy Hook Promise. Led by our Youth Advisory Board, the aim is to empower young leaders to take an active role in increasing school safety and preventing violence in their schools and communities.
Every SAVE Promise Club is centered around the four E’s:
Educating: Young people learn from each other about how to create a welcoming school climate that looks out for one another through activities, events, and projects that promote kindness.
Empowering: Club members build the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service to their community and school.
Engaging: SAVE Promise Clubs engage students in meaningful violence prevention efforts within their school and community.
Encouraging: Youth leadership encourages positive peer influences within the school and community through shared violence prevention

What is the SAVE Promise Club at EBMS?
We’re excited to offer students the opportunity to join the SAVE Promise Club (Students Against Violence Everywhere). This is a student-led club focused on creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive school community. Members take part in fun activities, service projects, and awareness events that encourage kindness, connection, and looking out for one another.
By joining, students can:
Build leadership and teamwork skills
Develop friendships with peers who share similar values
Make a positive impact on their school and community
