JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge SUMMER 2025
Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) is an advanced summer training camp for Army JROTC cadets that focuses on developing leadership, teamwork, and outdoor survival skills. Cadets participate in a variety of hands-on activities such as STEM classes, first aid, archery training, team-building exercises, and drill and ceremony. JCLC offers a high-intensity environment where cadets can apply what they’ve learned in the classroom while collaborating with peers from other schools. Selection is competitive and typically based on demonstrated leadership potential, overall performance, and instructor recommendation.

JCLC is an advanced summer training camp for JROTC cadets designed to enhance leadership, teamwork, and outdoor survival skills through activities such as obstacle courses,
water survival, team building excercises and drill and ceremony. It’s a great opportunity for cadets to put their leadership skills to the test in a high-intensity environment while working alongside cadets from other schools. Participants are usually selected based on leadership potential, performance, and recommendation by their instructors.
