vaccination requirements.pdfParents/guardians, please do not send your student to school with any medication. Students are not allowed to carry medication unless a doctor's prescription is received by the school nurse.
All over the counter medications given to students by the nurse must be provided by the parent/guardian. Burkburnett ISD does not provide any medication to the students.
