My name is Jessica Hankins and the 2024-2025 is the start of my 10th school year at I.C. Evans.   While this is my first year as a teacher, I spent six years as a special education paraprofessional and three years as an instructional para the Math Lab.  I originally come  from Michigan, that place where you can use your hand as a map and where you can visit the beaches  of the Great Lakes.  What isn't so awesome about Michigan was the amount of snow and cold we often got.  I graduated with my bachelors from Grand Valley State University and recently completed classwork for alternative certification.  My husband and I will celebrate eight years of marriage in the fall of 2024.
