About Me
My name is Brad Avens and this is my 18th year to be teaching at Burkburnett ISD. I have been a teacher for 30 years. Currently, I am the C4TECH teacher for Burkburnett High School. Not only am I the campus tech at the high school, but I am training the next generation of I.T. professionals.

In the past, I have taught 6th-8th grade reading, 9th-12th grade English Language Arts, Theater Arts, ESL, Speech, GT, and AVID.

I am a graduate of Midwestern State University where I received a Masters in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in English.
