Hello, and welcome! I'm so excited to be your 7th grade math teacher this year. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel supported, challenged, and confident as they grow their math skills. I believe every student can be successful in math with hard work, encouragement, and a willingness to try.
When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I have two wonderful boys, a busy two-year-old and a baby boy, who keep us on our toes and fill our days with laughter. We are also proud Oregon Ducks fans (I married into the fandom, and now I cheer right alongside my husband on game days!).
A few fun facts about me: my favorite drink is Dr Pepper, fall is my favorite season, and whenever I can sneak away for a little free time, you'll usually find me crafting or baking something delicious.
I'm looking forward to partnering with you to make this a successful and enjoyable school year. Here's to a year full of learning, growth, and plenty of math adventures!
