Is there a dress code at DAEP?
Yes. All students are required to wear the DAEP "uniform," which includes a solid color polo-style shirt, khaki pants, black or brown belt, and closed toe shoes.
Will my student still be able to participate in extracurricular activities?
No. Students who are assigned to DAEP are not permitted on any BISD campuses for any reason during their placement.
Can students have breakfast or lunch delivered?
No. Outside food is not permitted. However, students may bring their own lunch from home if they choose.
Is transportation provided to and from DAEP?
Students assigned to DAEP are not permitted use of district transportation unless their ARD committee has determined it necessary.
