The most challenging part for this final teaching demonstration is the preparation. It required me a careful time management since I am still handling three Grade 11 sections and three Grade 12 section. My cooperating teacher and I maximize our free time to finish everything as early as possible to avoid rushing. During my final demo in my perspective handling class, first I feel the excitement and very much overwhelm, because I already know that I can handle a class. Of course I did prepare for my subject matter, considering of such visual materials and other ways/techniques on teaching. I ask for my cooperating teacher some guidelines on how did I execute the lesson, and establish the learnings, He also taught me on how I will get easy the attention of every students in the classroom, so she help me to find it easy. Of course I prepared for my lesson plan, and instructional materials to use and I make sure that it is suitable to their level.
During my final demo in my perspective handling class, first I feel the excitement and very much overwhelm, because I already know that I can handle a class. Final teaching demonstration is most crucial part for a student teacher. This is when all your hard works in the whole internship will be judge. In my Demonstration proper my final demo teaching was great, I find it best teaching, aside that our topic is very interesting and it is also easy to understand, our lesson is all about the Basic Dance Step in Folk dance . Of course I prepared for my lesson plan, and instructional materials to use and I make sure that it is suitable to their level.
After the demo, I learned that a teacher must be flexible to meet the needs of the students. In teaching, a teacher must prepare not only a Plan A, but also Plan B. Also, Giving acknowledgment to your students is essential even their answer are wrong like "very Good", "Good". I realized that I still have so much to learn about teaching. All in all, I learned a lot during this demo. I know in the future that this experience will help me in the teaching path that I will take.
I realized that teaching isn’t an easy job. It requires our full dedication, love and compassion on the profession and the learners. Dedicated in a sense that we, teachers should have the ability to inspire students through approaches, actions, and even through the lessons and activities that students were engaged. “Teachers cannot teach what they do not know”. And in teaching, things that should be taught must be good, true and correct.

I learned a lot from my critic teachers and the students during my practice teaching sessions. I also gained a lot of experience from them and developed my skills as a teacher. Because I watched my critique teacher, who was always ready and flexible, I learnt how to be flexible and prepared at all times. And I developed my emotional management skills.
I learned certain approaches from my cooperating teacher during my practice teaching sessions, and I'm grateful to them for helping me overcome my phobia of public speaking. Based on my observation and practice sessions, I can confidently say that they have improved my teaching talents and capabilities.
