Having Trouble in Math? That's totally a thing . Have math anxiety? So did I, it's real!!! What can we do about. Take a deep breath. Everything will be fine. Here are some of my top tips:
1) Don't cheat yourself from learning. You'll make it worse for yourself in the long run.
2) Don't set an unrealistic goal. Don't try to learn a week's worth of content in a day (or a months' content). Keep your learning "chunked" and realistic for yourself. Do it everyday so you don't spend so much time. Don't spend more than 45 mins-1 hour per night. That's too much!
3) Use resources and ask for help. Math, like anything, is always better with a friend or mentor.
4) Don't be afraid or mad at being wrong. If you do your best and you learn, you are fine. It's better to make learning a journey and not a letter.
