BEHS & OMES
"My Teaching and Learning Pathway visiting Mrs. Bleemel's 4th grade class at Old Mill Elementary. The future teachers developed stations to review fractions. Special thanks to Mrs. Carrie Wafford for collaborating with the class and sharing her expertise in content and pedagogy, but most importantly for setting up the experience. It is something students, both young and old, will not soon forget!" -- Mr. Craven

"Studies show that project-based learning is linked to significant improvements in attendance, classroom engagement and test scores. This project-based learning scenario benefited students in different grade levels at adjacent schools. The Teaching & Learning Pathway students were involved with preparation and delivery of instruction, and they also noticed the power of embedding time for student academic discourse within the learning process. Everyone involved utilized components of the Mastery Learner and Self-Directed Navigator graduate profile competencies!" -- Mrs. Wafford, Instructional Coach
