With courage and imagination, the founders of the National PTA, Alice McLellan Birney, Phoebe Apperson Hearst (William Randolph Hearst's mother!), and Selena Sloan Butler had one simple idea: to improve the lives and futures of all children.

The Bullard TALENT PTSA, which is made up of Bullard TALENT parents, teachers, students, and others, is committed to the same idea. We resolve to be a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for parents, and a strong advocate for public education.

PTSA members develop and execute events and fundraisers that support and supplement the work of teachers, administrators, and parents. As a result of these efforts, a strong school community is built which benefits all students.
