Completing the Master Application
A completed Master Application must be submitted for any scholarship applications to be considered. You do not need to submit the Master Application for each scholarship — only submit this once, even if you’re applying for multiple scholarships.
Applications and essays must be typed using the provided forms, then printed and hand-signed. Applicant Appraisals may be typed or filled out by hand, but they must be signed in ink by the appraiser.
