Hi, I’m Dr. Madison Rhodes, PT, DPT, a licensed physical therapist with over six years of experience helping infants and toddlers develop strength, coordination, and confidence through movement. I have treated children with gross motor delays, cerebral palsy, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), hypotonia, plagiocephaly, torticollis, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and various genetic and neurological disorders.
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Loma Linda University and have worked in school-based, early intervention, outpatient, and inpatient pediatric settings. My diverse experience allows me to take a well-rounded, individualized approach to therapy, ensuring that each child receives the care and support they need to thrive!

Wellness Vistis*
Wellness Vistis*
A wellness visit is designed for parents seeking expert guidance on their child’s gross motor development, positioning, and/or movement patterns. These visits are ideal for families who may have concerns about their child’s progress but do not necessarily need ongoing physical therapy.
(Up to 60 minutes)
*Please note: A wellness visit does not include a formal evaluation and can only address one specific concern during the appointment. If further assessment or treatment is recommended, guidance will be provided on the next steps.
