Note: You must be "green" in RankOne prior to tryouts and have all courses completed. Please turn in all necessary paperwork to the office BEFORE the first day of tryouts.
Rank One Sport
Go to Rank One Sport and use your Student ID to register.
On the main page, select the RED tab, "Parents CLICK HERE," then click Login.
Select the BLUE tab, "Proceed to Online Forms."
Login or create a Rank One account. Student ID required.
Read all forms, parents and students electronically sign and submit.
9th Grade: Do not complete the 550 form.
10-12th Grade & NEW to EFHS: Complete the 550 form.
Watch Brainbookn, Opioid, and Hazing videos & complete assessments.
AIA Physical Forms
The following physical forms are required and must be turned into the athletic department in order to participate. Hard copies can be found in the Main Office.
Athletic Fees
Students that are members of an interscholastic program are required to pay a fee per sport. It is recommended that the AZ Tax Credit program be used to pay this fee. Families of two or more students are capped at paying $150 per school year.
$50 per sport
$37.50 per year (Reduced Lunch Program)
$25 per year (Free Lunch Program)
