About Student Council
Student Council is a representative governing body on campus. It works to improve school culture and spirit and manages student funds.
All RHMS students are members of the Associated Student Body (ASB) and should speak to a representative with any ideas they have to make our campus a better place.Â
Students must apply for Student Council each year, as placement is not guaranteed. Applications are completed at the end of the school year for service the following year.Â
Representatives must be 7th or 8th grade students and must go through an application and interview process.Â
Representatives in 6th grade are invited to attend special meetings throughout the year.
Officers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary) are elected and must be in 8th grade with prior Student Council experience. Â
