About ME!

I LOVE SCIENCE! I have been teaching middle science for 14 years and I wouldn't want to do anything else!

Something you may not know about me is that I actually went to Rolling Hills (on Camerado Campus) as a STUDENT! After high school I went to Sacramento State University and got my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. I then worked in Physical Therapy for a couple of years; however, I missed working with children as I had done all the way up until that point. That is when I decided to get my teaching credential to teach my favorite subject, SCIENCE!

My love for science came late in my journey as a student and one of my goals every year is to instill as much love for science that I have to my students. SO.... let's do some SCIENCE!

Go 49ers!

My family goes back generations of avid 49er fans. We love football and try our best to make at least one game a season to show our support for our beloved team!

My happy place

I LOVE Monterey Bay Aquarium. Our family visits every year! My son, Teddy, loves the Octopus', and my daughter, Evie, loves the seahorses. Of course my favorite are the penguins! My husband, Chuck, loves the Otters.

Disneyland!! I mean, come on! Who doesn't love Disneyland?! This is another one of my favorite places to visit as often as I can. I cry every time we walk through the entry! The rides, food, parades, and characters just make me so happy and I feel like a kid every time we go.
