Mr. Gu’s T-cells Improvement Exercise

Great News! The Science Research Proves T-cells Combat COVID-19 (Please forward this information)

My Dear Friends,

The US is now seeing a new surge of COVID-19. With the continuous variation of COVID-19 viruses, the development of vaccines and other medical treatments cannot keep up.

A healthy immune system is the best prevention. Our simple, anciently tested exercise optimize the “ T cells ” which are a key part of the immune system and the best way to combat or prevent COVID-19.

So, how to enhance our T-cells?

The “T-cell Exercise” were passed down to Mr. Cheng-de Gu by Tao sages locked up in “Chinese Education (concentration) camps, when he was a doctor in China. In the past 20 years after Mr. Gu emigrated to the US, he has been helping many immune deficient patients both globally and in New York hospitals with cancer, HIV, Lupus and most effectively with lung diseases, especially COVID.

The “T-cell Exercise” is different from other exercise, because “T cell Exercise” focus on our thymus gland, and stimulate bone marrow to create stem-cells which can build immune cells. It is a non invasive method that is safe and has non invasive.

In the past three months, I have helped multiple patients with coronavirus to recover with this exercise. Some patients had chest pain and were so weak that they couldn't sit up. When I taught them a certain movement in less than 2 minutes, the chest pain had been relieved and they could sit up immediately. The full set of “T- cell Exercise” will improve your own immunity and make the T cells stronger.

Based on my clinical experience in the past few months, I have streamlined these T-cell exercise and made four videos, which are suitable for coronavirus patients with different conditions.

  1. For those symptoms that are mild or absent, if they want to eliminate the virus, I recommend they do at least the simplified version of the T-cell exercise with only five movements

2. For patients who do the above five movements but are not getting the result you are looking for after five consecutive days, the next step is to do the full set of T cell exercise. This sequence of exercise has 15 movements which include increasing blood circulation and strengthening individual organs: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkx4I00PjJnjGrDbiFFa3i6Q5yK150NZm

3. For patients who can sit for a while, but their lungs are damaged. There are three movements that can relieve lung symptoms and stimulate the thymus at the same time.

4. For extremely weak patients who can only lie on their back, there is only one movement which can make the chest cavity open, so that the lungs have the opportunity to expand and contract. This is like massaging the lungs, the lungs will gradually return to normal and continue to provide respiration.

The key points to the success of “ T-cell exercise” are sufficient frequency, length of time, and correct movements.

I offer free distance consultation to COVID-19 patients. Please share this information to people who need it.

Wishing you good health and stay safe!
