My name is Chawan Saiwan Othman, and I was born on September 28, 1996. My academic journey started at the University of Sulaimani. I earned my BSc degree in Educational Chemistry from the Chemistry Department, College of Education, University of Sulaimani in 2018. Then, I earned an MSc in Chemistry/ Petroleum Chemistry Science at the Chemistry Department, College of Science, University of Sulaimani in 2022. In my Professional experience at university, I have over seven years of academic and laboratory experience in science education, particularly in the field of chemistry. I have three years of academic and laboratory experience in the Nursing department at Bright Technical and Vocational Institute. 

During my experience as an Assistant Lecturer, I bring a strong foundation in both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training. Adept at designing and delivering engaging lectures, supervising laboratory work, and supporting student learning through personalized academic guidance. Committed to fostering a stimulating educational environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and scientific excellence. Proven ability to work collaboratively with faculty teams, manage lab safety protocols, and contribute to curriculum development and research initiatives.
