In 1980, Allen Boyer started B&T Drainage and Excavating as a small drainage contractor primarily installing farm drainage tile, performing demolition and general farm excavation. As B&T continued to grow, the company started working for municipalities, districts and other owners incorporating public water main and sewer projects.

In 2006, B&T Drainage and Excavating incorporated to become B&T Drainage, Inc. The “B” stands for Boyer, which B&T is currently growing into its third generation of the Boyer family; spanning over 30 years and 10 family members. The “T” stands for Team, which without the faithful B&T employees, the growth of the company would be diminutive. B&T heavily relies on teamwork and camaraderie to perform work superior to that of the competition at a safe and efficient rate.
