NAViFluX is a visualization-centric, web-based platform designed for interactive analysis, refinement, and engineering of genome-scale metabolic networks (GSMNs). It integrates pathway visualization, flux balance analysis, enrichment analysis, and network topology exploration within a single interactive environment. Unlike conventional GSMN tools that separate computation and visualization, NAViFluX enables users to directly manipulate reactions, constraints, and pathways while observing flux changes in real time. The platform also supports KEGG/BiGG-based model refinement and pathway merging, making it highly useful for metabolic engineering, systems biology, and interpretation of omics-driven metabolic adaptations.
