Conference Logistics

The Annual Meeting of the Midwest Chapter of the Society for Ethnomusicology will take place at Ball State University's Alumni Center, 2800 W Bethel Ave, Muncie, IN 47304. The conference will start at approximately noon on Friday, April 3, and will conclude around midday on Saturday, April 4. Please note that all times are Eastern Standard Time (EST), not Central Time. The exact schedule will be finalized and posted on this website under the "Schedule" tab after the abstract submission deadline.

If you are attending the conference from an institution other than Ball State, you can use this Conference Logistics section of the website to purchase a parking permit (needed for Friday April 3, but not Saturday April 4), and to access information about hotels near BSU's Alumni Center and local restaurants.
