Join the LPHS National Honor Society this Spring, Saturday, June 3, 9 am for the 9th Annual 5K Harbor’s Hero Run!
Harbor's Hero Run is a 5K color run in memory of Harbor deWaard. Each year the run will benefit a local organization in Harbor’s name. This year, the run benefits Big Sky Wellness in Action (WIA) and the Harbor deWaard Scholarship Fund!
We are planning to celebrate Harbor in our community by running a LIVE event this year, complete with timing by MuddyDog Sports. Following the race, we will be having music by Dammit Lauren, from about 10:30-12 noon. WIA will be offering some fun kids activities in the softball pavilion, including some face painting and coloring. All racers will receive a bar and drinks, thanks to the generosity of our local sponsors. Following the race, elementary teacher, Whitney McKenzie has organized a pick up softball game with the Superheros vs. Hulk Smash.
We are offering online registration at the link below, but will also have same day registration. If you want to just make a donation to Harbor's Scholarship Fund, please consider registering and adding an extra donation .
