This service helps Philly homeowners at risk of losing their home to mortgage or tax foreclosure, and also assists with tangled titles. Please note that the hotline is run through Philadelphia Legal Assistance, which has an income limit to qualify for services.
Philly Tenant's Unions Eviction Defense Clinic provides a free preparation services for tenants preparing for court appearances. It also has information about tenant's rights, and tools and resources for tenants.

PHFA provides funding and services for both home owners and renters. It also has a central list of services across PA.
CLS provides legal advice regarding mortgage issues, home repair, homeownership scams, L&I, property taxes, private rental housing issues, tangled titles, wills & POA, and more. CLS has an income limit to qualify for services.
The Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program supports homeowners and renters across Pennsylvania. This program provides a rebate ranging from $380 to $1,000 to eligible older adults and people with disabilities age 18 and older.

The Disaster Recovery and Resilience Program (DRRP) provides extensive, free repairs to eligible owner-occupied homes in Philadelphia that were affected by Hurricane Ida. Homeowners who owned and occupied their homes on the date of Hurricane Ida (September 1, 2021) and still maintain ownership and have storm-related housing damage may be eligible for home repairs.
