A buggy cart is available to transport motorcycle users from the motorcycle parking area to the Sports Centre drop off.
An additional buggy cart service is provided for those with mobility issues to travel from the Sports Centre to the BSJ Theatre drop off.
Registration & Name Tags
Registration & Name Tags
One representative from each school must register on behalf of all participants.
This representative will collect and distribute all name tags to their school staff members from the Registration Desk located in the Sports Centre Lobby.
Taxi Reservations
If you need a taxi after the conference, Bluebird taxi reservation desks are available at the exhibition area and the sports centre lobby.

Lunch
The location for lunch will be indicated on your name tag.
The meal will include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Attendees are requested to bring their own water bottles.

All rooms are equipped with Apple TV and either a single large screen or four smaller screens.
Macbook users can connect using the Apple TV (link to instructions).
An HDMI cable will be available for Windows users to connect (link to instructions)
Windows users whose device lacks an HDMI port must bring their own adapter.
