CORE PURPOSE:

The Head of Human Resources is a leadership role at the British School Jakarta (BSJ), responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Human Resources department.
The role is visionary, highly relational, and operationally sharp, with a deep understanding of Human Resources in Indonesia and, preferably, international awareness of best practice. Above all, the Head of HR must be warm, engaging, highly ethical and an effective communicator. A leader who can represent BSJ’s best interests with credibility and care.
