4/5 Classroom Supply List 2022-2023

*Necessary Items:

• 2 inch 3-ring binder (zip binder preferred)

• 2 subject folders, three-hole-punched (plastic more durable) unless binder has a filing system built in

• A durable pencil pouch for the inside of binder unless already built in—zipper preferred (no plastic please)

• 2 packs of college ruled loose leaf paper (one stays home and one comes to class)

• 2 pack of graph filler paper (one stays home and one comes to class)

• 4-pack of Expo markers

• A box of 12 standard pencils (Load zipper pouch with at least two. Leave extras at home. Load as needed.)

• 4-pack of highlighters

• 2 single subject spiral-bound notebooks— three-hole-punched 70 to 100 pages. (please no perforated pages) Will collect them in class to become communal.

• 1 composition journal with a sewn spine—wide or college ruled/100 sheets or more to use as a science journal

• Glue sticks (more will be needed as the year progresses)

• Correcting pens

• Sketchbook with a mixed-media page

**Please label personal items with student’s name

Helpful Extras to Have at Home:

• Colored pencils (pack)

• Pencil sharpener w/cover

• 2 erasers (Pink Pearl or equivalent)

• 2 ultra-fine point sharpies (black)

• Permanent markers such as sharpies (8 to 12 count)

• 1 pack of water-based markers (8 to 16 count)

• A pair of scissors (durable and sharp)

Taking Donations of: Any items from the “Helpful Extras” list particularly colored sharpies, water-based markers and general supplies such as Kleenex, rolls of paper towels, and disinfectant wipes to share with the class as needed.

*We ordered planners for every student. If your student loses the planner, they

will have to purchase the same one with personal money.

**Whatever supplies are not provided will be made available through the school.
