**MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR STUDENT/ATHLETE'S PHYSICAL AND FEES PAID WITH THE ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT BEFORE TRYOUTS!! EVERYTHING HAS TO BE IN FOR YOUR STUDENT/ATHLETE TO TRYOUT.
2026-27 Registration
The Montana High School Association (MHSA) requires all students in grades 6-12 who participate in school sports to have a physical. The MHSA has updated their annual physical requirement. Please read carefully and contact the District Athletic Office with any questions (406-522-6237).
Updated Physical Exam Requirements:
Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, physical exams will only be required every two years for high school students, rather than every year.
A physical exam for returning 10th, 11th graders and 12th graders completed on/after May 1, 2025 will be valid for two school years (25/26 and 26/27).
All incoming 9th-grade student athletes must also have a physical examination, regardless of whether/when they had one in 8th grade.
The interim history form (loaded in your Arbiter account) should be completed each year. Link to form provided at the bottom of this page as well.
The 26-27 MHSA physical form (all three pages) should be printed, filled out by a professional and taken to the appointment. THIS IS THE ONLY FORM THAT CAN BE ACCEPTED. DO NOT use the doctor's form if it is not the 26-27 MHSA form - it can not be accepted per MHSA! The doctor, parent/guardian and student must completely fill out every line/sign/date.

Registration Instructions
If you are a current returning athlete (both middle school and high school), use your already created Arbiter account (add new siblings to this account also). Only create a new Arbiter account at https://arbiter.io/ if you haven't done so already. Each family will only need one account. All your students athletes will be housed under this family account.

BSD7 Activity Agreement - Electronically sign
Student Athlete & Parent/Legal Guardian Concussion/SCA Statement - Electronically sign
PARTICIPATION FEE - You CANNOT pay in Arbiter, but there is a link to RevTrak within Arbiter or use the school district payment site: BSD7 RevTrak. This fee must be paid on the first day of tryouts. Refunds will be issued for athletes that don't make a team.
LATE TRYOUTS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS APPROVAL FROM THE HEAD COACH.
