What can and can't you dispose?
Can- Yard debris, construction debris, old furniture, clothes, metal, wire, old electronics, mattresses
Can't- hazardous materials (ex. Asbestos), food garbage, lead or acid batteries, or any weapons.
How long does it usually take to drive to the area that I have junk?
That answer varies depending on how far away your junk is located. Junk outside of the Portland Metro Area will require a travel fee that depends on the mileage of the junk.
How do discounts work?
Discounts on junk removal are only discounted on the truck fees and hourly labor. NO DISCOUNT ON DUMP FEE

What can and can't you sell?
Can- electronics, any type of shoes, sporting equipment (no more than 400 lbs), small appliances, apparel, antiques, accessories.
Can't- food or food related items, weapons or firearms, alcohol or drug related products, adult or explicit contented items, medical health devices, devices that don't work.
What is the 90 day promise?
Our 90 day promise is a fine promise to our customers that whatever doesn't sell within 90 days gets a 25% discount on our services on what doesn't sell in that time period.
What and how can I do value assistance?
Value assistance is a completely free assistance in helping you find the worth of the item you want to sell. It is not a required thing to do either if you already have a fine idea of what you want. Value assistance can be done by just calling our number and requesting the assistance via call or text.
How do discounts work?
All discounts related to resale are taken percentages from J&A's original cut.
