Bryant & Co Foundation – Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower underserved communities by teaching practical skills in real estate — how to build, manage, and sell property — so that people can create sustainable opportunities for themselves and their neighborhoods. Real estate education is the heartbeat of everything we do, guiding our work to build stronger, more resilient communities.

The Living Ground is one of our flagship initiatives, providing a hands-on, interactive environment where people can learn about farming, land stewardship, and real estate development in a fun and engaging way. The property currently includes a historic farmhouse, a barn, and a workshop, which will serve as the foundation for community programs. Over the next few years, additional structures, including The Foundry and smaller homes, will be built to expand living, learning, and collaborative opportunities.

Our programs engage children, teens, and adults from local and neighboring urban communities, giving them the chance to learn directly from local and global real estate and land experts. Workshops, webinars, and interactive experiences complement hands-on learning, creating pathways for education, empowerment, and lasting impact.

Disaster preparedness and relief are central to our mission. By teaching practical skills, providing fresh food, and creating community-focused resources, we help individuals and families thrive through everyday challenges and extraordinary events.

The Living Ground is designed to be community driven, community supported, and community enjoyed. Through immersive experiences, we bring people together, teaching practical skills, fostering connection, and promoting collaboration. By integrating real estate education, hands-on learning, food access, and disaster preparedness, Bryant & Co Foundation nurtures stronger, more resilient communities and extends resources, knowledge, and opportunities to those who need them most.
