I am someone who LOVES to workout to my favorite music. But, have you ever tried to let your music decide what type of exercise you will do? Here are the 3 simple steps to make your workout a little more fun:
Step 1: Make a playlist with five of your favorite songs from your favorite Disney Movies
Step 2: Decide what each song will mean. An example would be..
Any song from Frozen: Abs! Crunches, sit ups, planks, row boats, etc!
Any song from the Lion King: Cardio! Jumping Jacks, mountain climbs, running in place, etc!
Any song from from Tik Tok: Dance!
Step 3: Put your playlist on shuffle and do the type of workout for as long as the song is on for!
