Bryant Sharpley has been teaching since 2014 and is currently in his 5th year with Bryan ISD, and 1st year as Director of Bands at SFA Middle School. At SFA, he teaches the varsity Wind Ensemble, assists with the non-varsity Symphonic Band, and teaches the sub non-varsity Concert Band. Prior to Bryan ISD, he began his career as Associate Director of Bands at Creekside Middle School in Carmel, IN, with additional teaching experience at the middle and high school levels in Avon and Indianapolis, IN.
In fall 2013, Mr. Sharpley received his Bachelors of Music Education Degree from the University of North Alabama. While in college, Mr. Sharpley was a member of the Marching Pride, was section leader and principal player in the wind ensemble and Shoals Symphony orchestra, winning numerous concerto competitions, and maintained a full performance scholarship. In 2017, Mr. Sharpley was a performing member of the 2017 WGI Independent World Champion Rhythm X Winds and in 2018 joined the staff, where the group again won the IW Championship. Mr. Sharpley is currently a clarinetist with the Cedar Park Winds, a 2022 TBA performing group.
Mr. Sharpley is a member of the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, and National Band Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Sharpley loves movies, gaming with friends, trying new recipes, drinking way too much coffee, and playing with his Goldendoodle Onyx and Chipin Melody.

Dylan Williams is entering his 6th year teaching and his first year in Bryan as the Assistant Director of the SFA Bronco Bands. He will be teaching the Non-Varsity Symphonic Band, assisting with the Wind Ensemble, and teaching beginning band students at Jane Long Intermediate. Prior to moving to Bryan ISD, Mr. Williams was the Director of Bands for Normangee ISD, Assistant Director for Navasota ISD, and Elementary Music Teacher/Assistant Band Director for Smyer ISD.
Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Music degree from West Texas A&M University, where he was an avid performer in the Symphonic Band, “Sound of West Texas” Marching Band, Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble, and Brass Choir. He also was an active member of both Kappa Kappa Psi, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.
Beginning this fall, Mr. Williams will also be attending Stephen F. Austin University (Online) to earn his Masters in Conducting with an Instrumental Emphasis.
During his free time Mr. Williams enjoys performing with the Brazos Civic Orchestra, playing video games, watching movies, reading comic books, hosting game nights with friends, and spending time with his wife, Stephanie.
