Students will employ strong, thorough, and explicit textual evidence in their literary analyses, argumentative writing, and technical research. Instruction in language conventions will occur within the context of reading, writing, and speaking, rather than in isolation. Students demonstrate an understanding of listening, speaking, and writing skills for a variety of purposes. Students will expand their vocabulary and knowledge of figurative language.
About Me
Hello, and nice to meet you! I love teaching freshmen and I love our curriculum. This year for the 1st and 2nd blocks, I'll be teaching with Ms. Elizabeth Sullivan, and for the 3rd block, I'll be teaching with Ms. Alexis Washington. I have learned a lot from my family, friends, and students and am passionate about helping others. My hope for my students is their happiness and health (physical, intellectual, and emotional).
