Mandatory Dryland 3:30 - 4:45 PM

Students should come prepared to work out! This is the only mandatory dryland of the season. To participate in our first meet at Bolles on Oct. 15, you'll need to be present. 

What to bring: 

• Appropriate attire including gym shorts, shirts, and sneakers

• Water bottle

• A winning and cooperative attitude! 

Meet in room 623 after second load. If you need to change, you can do so once you check in with Coach Pittman or Coach Davis.

Mandatory Parent Meeting

Parents, please look for the email with the parent meeting information. Due to the storm, we will not hold an in-person meeting. Questions? Please email the coaches. 

To participate in tryouts, each athlete must submit the following forms:

1. Athlete Registration - to be completed by parent/guardian

2. Physical Form - to be completed by athlete, parent/guardian, and physician.
