What is Flag Football?
Flag football is a variant of American football where, instead of tackling players to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag or flag belt from the ball carrier to end a down. At the high school level, Flag Football is a GHSA-sanctioned sport for female athletes. PLEASE NOTE... RHMS Flag Football is a club sport specifically for middle school female athletes/students.

Important Information
All Athletes will need the following equipment:
Mouthpiece
Black Shorts (& long pants for colder games)
Cleats (NO METAL SPIKES)
All Athletes must have a valid athletic physical on file with RHMS. While this is starting out as a club, the goal is to follow all GHSA and RHMS Athletics Requirements. Please email a copy to Coach Lyons: plyons@bryan.k12.ga.us
ALL female athletes participating must have an up-to-date GHSA Sports Physical on file with the school! If a Physical is not on file, athletes cannot participate in organized practices! please make sure you have this completed!
